Proud to support our Armed Forces

We're a Veteran Friendly GP practice

Those who serve in the Armed Forces, whether Regular or Reserve, those who have served in the past and their families, should face no disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services.

Special consideration is appropriate in some cases, especially for the injured and bereaved.

Primary Care Network

The Coppice Surgery/Angmering Medical Centre and Fitzalan Medical Group form a PCN. A PCN is a primary care network that consists of groups of general practices working together with a range of local providers, including across primary care, community services, social care and the voluntary sector, to offer more personalised, coordinated health and social care to their local populations.

Networks would normally be based around natural local communities typically serving populations of at least 30,000 and not tending to exceed 50,000. They should be small enough to maintain the traditional strengths of general practice but at the same time large enough to provide resilience and support the development of integrated teams.

Clinical Commissioning Group

The practice is part of the NHS Coastal Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). In West Sussex there are 3 CCGs - NHS Coastal West Sussex CCG, NHS Crawley CCG and NHS Horsham and Mid Sussex CCG. The CCGs are led by local doctor and health professionals. NHS Coastal CCG covers six localities in West Sussex from Chichester across to Adur and up to Chantonbury. It is made up of 54 GP practices and is now responsible for commissioning local health services for more than 482,000 patients.
