Special interests: Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, Elderly Care, Mental Health

Dr Montero qualified in Seville (Spain), followed by a Diploma in Cardiology 1991 (RP Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital).

Leaving the sunny south of Spain in 1990, she came to the UK for some medical training and had planned to return to Spain after 5-6 years but never went back.

Dr Montero has been working as a GP in various practices in the locality for over 20 years, joining the Coppice and Angmering Team in 2019.

Dr Montero enjoys all aspects of General Practice, buthas a particular interest in Cardiovascular Medicine.

When not at work, she enjoy walking in the beautiful Sussex countryside.
