Urgent Same-Day Concerns
- Call before 11:30am where possible - including requests for home visits, face to face or telephone appointments.
- Call waiting times may be up to one hour at busy times, however your call will be dealt with so please persevere.
- Walk in patients will be asked to fill in a triage form in the same way as telephone appointments and will not be prioritised – please telephone wherever possible.
Urgent Same-Day Prescription Queries
- Please call between 9am-12pm or 2pm-5pm (press option 3.)

- We aim to respond to all enquiries within 3 working days.
